Logging in is done with the same credentials as YachtControl Commander, giving users a single, central access point. Based on the account level, the system determines which actions an administrator can perform, such as adding, deleting, modifying, and linking.

User management is simple and flexible. Users can be modified or deleted; upon deletion, the link to the boat is automatically revoked. When modifying a user, a clear editing screen appears, allowing settings such as name, mobile number, rights, and alarm notifications to be changed directly. Additionally, administrators can set a start and end date, so that accounts are only active within a specific period—ideal for temporary users or seasonal staff.

With the SMS Alarm Module, My Portal provides a complete overview of all active alarm notifications per boat. Administrators can select alarms and link them to specific users, setting which alarms each user receives. This ensures that everyone only receives the notifications relevant to them.

My Portal is designed to be fully responsive and suitable for use on mobile, tablet, and laptop/PC. The management interface is clear and user-friendly: on the main page, groups, users, and boats can be easily viewed, filtered, sorted, or moved between groups. Access rights are automatically adjusted with every change.
