YachtControl Navigation
With YachtControl Navigation, we design customized data screens that perfectly match the layout and functionality of your ship. The screens are developed with our own design software and then sent to embedded displays or black boxes.
Each screen is based on a profile, allowing multiple profiles to exist within a single project. This enables us to tailor the screens to specific on-board functions, for example, for switches, sliders, digital, or analog clocks.
Thanks to this setup, the system is completely platform-independent and suitable for various devices, from iPhones and tablets to laptops. The instruments on the screens are loaded automatically based on the configuration, so you always see the right information at the right time.
Always connected, even offline
In the background, an intelligent service ensures caching and queuing of log files and SMS alarms. This preserves data, even if the boat is temporarily offline, and automatically sends it as soon as the connection is restored.
Furthermore, YachtControl Navigation supports OneHelm integration, allowing our screens to be visible on plotters from brands including Garmin, Raymarine, and Simrad via the on-board network.

Commander
With Commander, YachtControl offers users a clear and powerful way to monitor vessels and track data in real time. On the Commander page, you see all vessels linked to your account at a glance, displayed on an interactive Google Maps map.
By selecting a vessel, you get immediate access to current data as well as historical information. Users with the appropriate rights can also create, adjust, or delete log definitions, allowing the system to be easily tailored to specific needs and applications.
All crucial data, such as information about users, shipyards, vessels, log definitions, and collected log data, is securely stored on the server. When a log definition is changed, it automatically receives a new version number. This allows the client to immediately recognize when updates are available, keeping all data always current.
From raw data to valuable insights
An intelligent embedded process runs on board, for example on a screen or black box, which periodically collects log data and uploads it to the database. Even when there is temporarily no internet connection, the system continues to function: data is stored locally and automatically sent as soon as the connection is restored. Furthermore, the system continuously checks whether the log definitions on board match the latest version in the database and automatically adjusts them if necessary.
The collected historical data provides valuable insights. Users can analyze trends, plan maintenance, and optimize vessel performance. In addition, this information forms the basis for future applications with artificial intelligence, enabling even more accurate predictions and analyses.

My Portal
With My Portal, YachtControl offers a powerful web platform that centrally manages users, boats, and alarm notifications. Administrators can easily link boats to individual users or groups, while all linked clients are automatically updated.
Login
Logging in is done with the same credentials as YachtControl Commander, giving users a single, central access point. Based on the account level, the system determines which actions an administrator can perform, such as adding, deleting, modifying, and linking.
User Management
User management is simple and flexible. Users can be modified or deleted; upon deletion, the link to the boat is automatically revoked. When modifying a user, a clear editing screen appears, allowing settings such as name, mobile number, rights, and alarm notifications to be changed directly. Additionally, administrators can set a start and end date, so that accounts are only active within a specific period—ideal for temporary users or seasonal staff.
SMS Alarm Module
With the SMS Alarm Module, My Portal provides a complete overview of all active alarm notifications per boat. Administrators can select alarms and link them to specific users, setting which alarms each user receives. This ensures that everyone only receives the notifications relevant to them.
Accessible
My Portal is designed to be fully responsive and suitable for use on mobile, tablet, and laptop/PC. The management interface is clear and user-friendly: on the main page, groups, users, and boats can be easily viewed, filtered, sorted, or moved between groups. Access rights are automatically adjusted with every change.
