What you will do
You are responsible, together with your colleague, for the financial administration of YachtControl
- You are the point of contact for our customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- You handle all customer inquiries and complaints correctly.
- You retrieve the hours from the digital system and process them in the time tracking administration.
- You also assist with other tasks, such as creating invoices, quotations, and personnel administration.
What you bring
You have several years of experience in a similar position.
You are administratively proficient and have a keen eye for detail.
You work accurately and have a strong sense of responsibility.
You communicate easily and quickly get things done.
You have a helpful disposition and don’t forget your own tasks in the process.
